Creating Invoices

Learn how to create and manage invoices effectively in Axonomy.

Basic Invoice Creation

  1. Navigate to the Invoices section
  2. Click "Create New Invoice"
  3. Fill in the required information:
    • Client details
    • Line items
    • Payment terms
    • Due date

Invoice Components

Client Information

  • Company name
  • Contact person
  • Address details
  • Tax ID
  • Email and phone

Line Items

  • Item name/description
  • Quantity
  • Price per unit
  • Tax rate
  • Optional item description

Payment Details

  • IBAN
  • BIC
  • Bank name
  • Payment terms

Additional Settings
